Location: Melbourne Baseball Club Rooms, Surrey Drive, Box Hill.
Nominations for Positions:
In accordance with the Constitution, all Committee positions shall be open for election, including:
- Chairman
- Vice Chairman
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- 8 General Committee Members.
All Nominations are to be received by the incumbent Secretary on or before the 27th of May. The nomination form is available via contacting the Secretary. Proxy voting is also possible to members of the club via the Proxy form available upon request.
Nominations for the positions will be displayed in the rooms prior to the AGM and voting of those members.
